James M. Conley Bio
Jim Conley graduated from Central Catholic High School, The University of Notre Dame (BBA), The University of Michigan (MBA), and The University of Akron (JD).
He was an Army officer for two years active duty including one year in Viet Nam.
His civic activities include the United Way (General Chairman of the Annual Fund Drive), Stark County District Library Board, CommQuest Board, YMCA Board and Catholic Youth Council Board. He was Chairman of The Wilderness Center Earthly Delights Auction. He is on a number of Stark County Bar Association committees, including the Bar Applicants Committee, which he chairs.
He currently serves as the Chair of the Jackson Township Zoning Commission and is the Law Director of the Village of Hills and Dales.
Following his tour of duty in the Army, he joined the family business and then, in 1997, he was hired to run the mediation program at the Massillon Municipal Court.
He and his wife, Vicki, are lifelong residents of Stark County. They have two children, Kelly and Dan, and three granddaughters, Katie, Sofie, and Hannah.
