The City will hold a Citizens Input hearing on the draft “Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report” (CAPER) for PY 2020. The annual CAPER Report describes activities completed by the Community Development and Housing departments from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021. The public may review and comment on this report from September 30th through October 14th at 4:00pm. All comments must be submitted to the Community Development Department.

The public may review the CAPER online at https://massillonohio.gov/development-2/community-development/. A copy can also be made available to you by contacting the Community Development Director. Those with disabilities who require special accommodations should contact the Department of Community Development at 330-830-1721. All citizens are encouraged to participate, particularly low- and moderate-income residents or residents in slum and blighted areas.
