Board of Zoning Appeals Special Meeting

There will be a “Special Meeting” of the Massillon Board of Zoning Appeals on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at 6:00 p.m.
The purpose of this special meeting is to hear Variance Request #2023-19 for Robert Latham at 2185-17th Street, SW, Massillon, Ohio, 44647. The variance request is for an addition to an existing detached garage. The proposed addition to the existing detached garage will make the square feet of the accessory building larger than the square feet of the main structure.
The meeting will be held in the Ivan A. Getz Building, 54 City Hall Street, SE, Massillon, OH 44646.
