ODOT: SR21 NOISE ANALYSIS REPORT STA-SR21-11.38, PID 117790
STA-SR 21-11.40 Noise Wall, from Cherry Road NE to Lake Ave NE. This project will receive funding however, the Tier II Noise Program is programmed for FY 2029.
ODOT TRANSPORTATION/STATE CONGRESSIONAL BILL
CITY: SR172 06.98 LINCOLN WAY EAST IMPROVEMENT PROJECT PID 122074
The project is located along Lincoln Way (SR172) from 1st St NE to Wales Road NE.
The project will consist of widening the pavement, removing and replacing deteriorated sidewalk and curb, rehabilitation of drainage structures, new ADA curb ramps and the resurfacing of the roadway. Traffic signalization will be replaced with new LED lighting, new mast arms and light poles installed at each intersection. Unwarranted signal removal at Lincoln Way and 2nd St NE.
Project construction is tentatively scheduled to begin and end in summer 2027. All work will be performed within existing street rights-of-way. Short duration/daily alley and side street closures may be required during project construction. However, access shall be maintained to all adjacent side streets and properties throughout the project construction duration. Substantial traffic disruptions are not expected with the project.

The City of Massillon is seeking any comments you may have regarding the proposed project enhancements. Project-related issues the public may wish to comment on include, but are not limited to, the effect of the project on residents, historic properties, air quality, environmental resources impacts, etc.
