Magistrate Amanda L. Kuhn Bio
Magistrate Amanda L. Kuhn has been serving as part-time Magistrate since her appointment in 2009.
Prior to becoming Magistrate, Amanda was an Assistant Stark County Public Defender serving in Domestic Relations, Juvenile and Municipal Courts from 2005-2008. She served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Fourth District Court of Appeals from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, Amanda was a litigation paralegal at BakerHostetler in Cleveland, Ohio
Amanda graduated from Jackson High School in 1996, Heidelberg College in 2000, and received her Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University School of Law in 2004.
Amanda is a member of the American, Ohio State, and Stark County Bar Associations. She has been a member of the Ohio Association of Magistrates since 2009.
A resident of Western Stark County, Amanda has been married to Matthew S. Kuhn since 2006. They have one daughter, Kaitlyn M. Kuhn.
